Q: How long will it take for my order to reach me?

A: Orders generally ship within 24 hours and will take 3-8 business days to reach their destination depending on the recipient’s distance from our location in Southern California.

Q: What is your refund/return policy?

A: Products can be returned/exchanged within 15 days of receipt.

Q: What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?

A: All of our products include a 90 day limited warranty against manufacturers defects.

Q: What kind of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as forms of online payment or you can mail in a check or money order.

Q: How long will it take to process my exchange or return?

A: Products we receive for exchange will be processed with 48 hours. Products we receive for a refund will be issued a credit within 15 business days.

Q: Is my online order secure?

A: All orders placed on the MyCoolCell.com website are 100% secure using industry standard SSL Technology with 128 bit encryption.

Q: If I order from MyCoolCell.com and provide my e-mail address will I receive a lot of junk mail or Spam?

A: No, MyCoolCell.com does not sell or solicit your e-mail address for any reason whatsoever.

Q: Do you sell the actual cell phones themselves?

A: MyCoolCell.com does not sell cell phones online. We have two retail locations in the Los Angeles Area that offer the phones for purchase.

Q: Can I place my order by mail?

A: Yes, send a check or money order made payable to MyCoolCell.com along with a printout of your shopping cart to 18427-A Nordhoff Street, Northridge, CA 91325.

Q: Will the MyCoolCell.com logo that is displayed on your website product images actually be on the product itself?

A: No, the MyCoolCell.com logo is only tagged on our images to prevent unauthorized use of them. The actual product itself has no logo on it.

Q: Do you offer any expedited shipping options?

A: Yes, we offer UPS 2 nd Day air for an additional charge of $17.95 that can be selected at time of checkout.

Q: How are orders shipped?

A: Orders are generally shipped by USPS. Orders over three pounds and 2 nd Day orders are generally shipped by UPS.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Standard shipping is Free on all orders.

Q: Do you ship to address outside the USA and Canada?

A: No, at this time we do not ship to destinations outside the USA and Canada except for APO/UFO military addresses and major offshore territories and protectorates of the United States.

Q: Do you have a catalog?

A: No, due to the rapid growth in the wireless industry and our goal to carry accessories for all the newest phones we find ourselves adding products up to several times a week making it difficult to keep a catalog that Is current. Our website is considered our online catalog/store of our entire inventory.

Q: If I can’t find my product or phone online does that mean you don’t offer it?

A: We may not have it in our inventory however we can probably get it for you. You may contact us by our “Live Help” feature on the left navigation of our site or e-mail us at info@mycoolcell.com for more information.

Q: Are all of your products brand new?

A: Yes, all products are brand new and back by our ninety day limited warranty.

Q: Why are your prices so cheap? What’s the catch?

A: No catch. Our buying power and low overhead allow us purchase quality products at huge discounts directly from the manufacturers and in turn we pass those saving on to our customers. We believe a happy customer is a repeat customer and a great advertiser by word of mouth.
